Introducing your team to a new environment can be a great interpersonal leveller and sailing is a fantastic team building activity. Sailing is all about working together well and being able to communicate clearly, with each team member being an integral part of keeping your craft moving! Team building at HHYC is a fun and exhilarating day out whilst learning new skills. A typical day begins with a briefing and introduction to sailing, then climbing aboard one of our J80s. Teams are normally split into groups of 5 to each boat, that is captained by one of our experienced skippers. Everyone will get plenty of on the water experience and the day can run both morning and afternoon sessions on the water, divided by returning to the club for lunch or visiting one of the seafood restaurants, generally only reached from the sea. Team Building days are bespoke to your requirements and can include F&B, prize givings, meetings/seminars in a relaxed atmposhpere. We are flexible to your requirements to make sure you and your team experience a great day at HHYC, in the beautiful waters of Port Shelter.
