Optimist Stage 1

If you are looking to get your children into sailing, then sign them up for our Optimist Stage 1 Programme.

The optimist is, in fact, a remarkable design – an easily controlled thoroughbred racing dinghy that provides superb one design racing and one that responds to and rewards the highest skills of the top sailors in the world.

This course is only available as part of our Holiday Camp Programmes.

The students will be a confident sailor and will be able to handle and control the boat on their own by the end of the course.

Multi-activity Week

Multi-activity Week offers children a great chance to try out a mix of water-based and land sports, and immerse themselves in Sai Kung’s beautiful nature.

The kind of activities you can expect to do are :

• Kayaking
• Dinghy sailing
• Stand up paddle-boarding
• Day tour to the outer islands aboard the luxurious Club boat Hebe One
• Other fun and engaging off-site activities dependent on the weather conditions

On a daily basis participants should bring with them :

• Footwear (suitable for us in the water)
• Trainers (dry use)
• Suncream
• Cap
• Complete change of clothes
• Packed lunch
• Jumper and other warm clothing (Autumn and Winter only)
