• All hourly rates refer to a minimum of 1 hour and part thereafter.
• All daily rates refer to per day or part thereof.
• Reciprocal and non-members will be charged at reciprocal and non member rates.

Shine & Dine Terms & Conditions

1. Advance reservation: car washing and vacuuming services should be pre-booked at least 24 hours in advance, on-the-day bookings can also be made subject to availability.
2. Service schedule: services are available every Saturday and Sunday (except Public Holidays).  
3. Booking confirmation: No bookings are confirmed unless there is a booking confirmation sent by Marine Office with relevant date and time specified. Payment will be deducted directly from the relevant membership account.
4. Drop off: Members will sign a chit when they drop off their car keys with security.
5. Incidental vehicle damage: HHYC is not responsible for any incidental damage that may occur while your vehicle is being vacuumed or washed, including, but not limited to, any damage related to pre-existing conditions: tears, scratches, dents, discolouration, rust, etc.
6. Remove all valuables: HHYC is not responsible for any loss or damage to any items left inside the car.
7. Pick up: Once cleaning is finished, keys will be returned to the security booth.
